A temporal brow lift, also known as a lateral brow lift, is an effective cosmetic procedure designed to fix sagging, folds, and small wrinkles in the brow area, forehead, and corners of the eyes. A temporal lift can also lift the skin cheeks and restore definition to the cheekbones. Individuals who are concerned with the appearance of their eyebrows may benefit from a lateral brow lift without needing to undergo an invasive procedure.

A temporal brow lift is less invasive than a normal brow lift because it targets sagging only around the eyebrows and eyes. Incisions are placed in the hairline just like for a normal brow lift, but only at the temples. Also, temporal lifts do not involve muscle reconstruction, only tightening and removal of skin. Though less versatile than a normal brow lift or endoscopic brow lift, a temporal lift is ideal for individuals who prefer something less invasive.
